Nahui Collective Advisory, LLC (“Nahui Collective”) is a boutique consulting firm dedicated to helping private market investment managers grow with intention.
Founded and led by Flor Torres, the firm brings over a decade of hands-on experience in investor relations, operations, fundraising strategy, LP engagement, and back-office implementation. Flor’s background spans both boutique managers and global platforms, offering clients senior-level insight from someone who has built and scaled from the inside out.
Our approach is grounded in partnership, clarity, and practical outcomes. We help firms strengthen infrastructure, deepen investor relationships, and create internal alignment—so they can focus on the work that truly moves the needle.
What Nahui Means
Nahui (pronounced "na-we") comes from Nahuatl, an Indigenous language of central Mexico.
In Aztec cosmology, Nahui represents the number four, symbolizing balance, movement, and the forces that sustain life.
We chose this name because our work is anchored in four pillars that create lasting impact, and because we believe that strong systems, clear communication, and cultural alignment are what sustain great organizations.
